1. Call our storefront regarding what item you are returning and on what reason.The                    customer must provide His/Her name , email id and phone number

 

2.We considering the reason will intiate the refund payment to a desired payment channel      that is convienient to both the seller and buyer after the item has been returned to the          seller by the buyer(considering the fact that the product is not damaged or tampered in      any way) .For how to return the item Please follow step 3

 

3.The customer who has applied for return must do the following

         

         a. Repack the item in the box which the product the was delivered or a suitable                               packing of customers choice

          b.sent the package to the following address through any courier of the customers                       choice
