2. Return Approval & Pickup

If your return request is approved, we will schedule a doorstep pickup through ShipRocket at your convenience.

In case pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item to the following address:

3. Packing & Handover

Securely repack the product in its original packaging or any suitable box.

Ensure that all accessories, manuals, and original invoices are included in the package.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-4 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or any other preferred payment channel that is convenient for both the buyer and seller.
